Without knowing the keyboard, I can't give help other than to advise you to, and this is only a possibility, use the arrow keys to navigate the screens and use whatever command is the equivalent of a double tap to perform an action. Maybe the space bar will select dice individually. If you can't get the keyboard to work with any other apps or to respond at all, maybe it is a pairing issue.

There is nothing wrong with the keyboard. i was just curious on how to play Dice World with it. I often play on Quentin C playroom and the keyboard works fine. I have just heard others playing Dice World with their keyboards and just need some advice.

Personally, I think it's quicker just to use the screen without the keyboard with dice world because with the screen you can simply put your finger on the roll button where with a keyboard you would have to hit the arrow keys several times to find it.

Okay tried it out. Not a good idea. I think I will stick to the screen.

It can be done, but it is a bit slower to play. Just to clear a couple of misconceptions up... the common keyboard shortcut for a double-tap action is the up and down arrow keys pressed together. So, lets say you want the 1 and the 5 to be selected. you would need to use your left and right arrow keys. once you land on the 1, up and down arrow together and that selects it. Do the same for the 5 and you've got it. then arrow over to the roll button and press the up and down arrow keys together. I do believe that in some cases it really is faster to use the touch screen, but it certainly is possible to use a Bluetooth keyboard.

I recently aquired an iPad wich I have a keyboard case so now I use a combination of touch and keyboard, for exxample I go in Yatzy and there the dice are in row and then I flick left or right. For Threes, Farkle and 14 24 I use touch. Also in Yatzy I tend to flick right from the roll button wich I touch to be able to score the roll, but if I have to get a zero when I have other moves I choose the slot wiith touch. Farkle has a select button wich I use a little but there is more thinking to that so I don’t usually just go select all. I love the score feature on yatzy and balut and it is good that they are to the emediate right.
