Hello,
I chose this section of the forum, but I'm actually not sure it's the right one. In any case, I hope to do something pleasant in spreading the news.
I would like to share the first public version of a project that I was involved in: AI Manager, an accessible football manager game.
This is not an audio game in the traditional sense. It is a web-based football manager designed to be fully usable with screen readers, while still offering enough depth for players who enjoy management games in general.
The project comes from about 8 months of development. Alessandro Albano is a blind programmer with more than 25 years of experience, and the game has also been tested with the help of blind and low vision users.
Accessibility has been a priority from the start. The game is built with semantic HTML, supports full keyboard navigation, works with screen readers, and is designed to remain usable for low vision users as well. We tried to avoid unnecessary ARIA and to keep the interface as clean and consistent as possible.
The game can be played:
- on desktop
- on smartphone and tablet
- as a PWA, so it can also be installed like an app
Some of the current features include:
- more than 22,000 players
- many countries, leagues, and competitions
- domestic and international tournaments
- transfer market, loans, and free agents
- financial management
- team management, lineups, statistics, and season progression
- multilingual support
The match side is also an important part of the game. There is an interactive live match mode with minute-by-minute updates, audio/TTS support, and post-match reports. Cup matches also include proper extra time and penalty shootouts, and the game includes both domestic cups and international competitions.
There are also experimental AI-related features. These are optional, and they can be used either with your own API key or through the internal AI Manager Agent test system.
At the moment, AI is used for things such as:
- generating football news
- chatting with players
- creating post-match articles and reports
The goal is to build one of the first football manager games that is truly accessible for blind players without reducing the depth of the management experience.
If you would like to try it, the game is here:

We encourage you to:

- suggestions
- accessibility testing

Excited for this accessible football manager!
I think itβs amazing that youβre developing a fully accessible football manager game. Iβve actually been looking for something like this for quite a while, so Iβm really excited to see a project like this coming to life. Congratulations on the idea and the work β Iβm looking forward to trying the game.
However, Iβm experiencing an issue. When I enter the code I received by email and click to start the game, it says itβs generating season data. After that, a message appears saying the game failed, and it takes me back to the screen where I have to enter the code again. Because of this, Iβm unable to start the game.
I also have a question: is there a specific reason for not using real teams? Is it due to licensing? And are there any plans to include real teams in the future?
Finally, Iβd like to know what the best way is to contact the developer directly. Is it through the website comments, or is there another way within the game?
Thank you again for the initiative β the project is really promising.
answering to Guilherme,
Hello Guilherme, First of all, thank you so much for trying the game.
Unfortunately a small number of users are experiencing an issue with game generations, we've simply never had such high traffic on the server.
Could you try again at a different time?
However, we will definitely solve the problem as soon as possible.
For now we can't use the names of the real teams because we are still trying to understand if we can, because there are copyright rights.
Finally, if you want to contact the developer directly, his email is this:
aimanager.game@gmail.com
Write to him whenever you want!
Looking forward to this.
Hello,
Planning to give this a try. This is something I have wanted for a long time. I will ive some feedback when I have had a proper go with this.
Great idea
I'm not really much into football, but I'm giving it a look since I am a fan of sports management games. Just from a first initial look, it seems laid out pretty well. Now I am a complete beginner, so I don't really know which player should play where, so it's a bit confusing for beginners, but I'm sure I'll figure it out.

Current State of Development
Hello everyone,
I wanted to give a small general update about AI Manager and the current state of the project.
First of all, thank you all for the incredible support, feedback, bug reports, ideas, testing, and patience. The community around the game is growing very quickly and we are now more than 200 players managing teams in AI Manager.
The game is still in its first public version, but development is active every day. Many fixes and improvements have already been released based directly on community reports, including:
β’ live match fixes
β’ transfer market fixes
β’ suspension fixes
β’ dashboard news improvements
β’ performance optimizations
β’ injury balancing adjustments
I am also continuing to work on many future features and improvements requested by players, such as:
β’ better player and team management tools
β’ formation and tactic improvements
β’ training systems
β’ clearer player progression systems
β’ more accessibility and interface options
β’ additional AI and news features
One of the most important goals of AI Manager is to create a deep football management experience that is fully accessible to screen reader users, while still being enjoyable for everyone.
As some of you already know, I am a blind developer myself and this project combines both my passion for football management games and my professional experience in digital accessibility.
Of course, the rapid growth of the game is also creating new technical challenges. CPU match calculations, online systems, AI features, and server infrastructure require a lot of work and resources. I apologize if the game can sometimes feel slow, but I am constantly working on optimizations and stability improvements.
I also love reading your stories about taking small clubs from lower divisions and building young teams. That βold school manager game magicβ was one of the main inspirations behind AI Manager.
Development continues every day and your feedback is truly helping shape the future of the game.
Thank you again for the passion and trust you are showing toward AI Manager.
