Hi, I'd like to be able to listen to a podcast on my Iphone 10s while swimming. It seems like there are some waterproof headphones out there, but I don't know what the voiceover latency is like. I wish my airpods pro were waterproof! Even if I get the headphones, I would need a case and I'm not sure which one to get. I see that there are also waterproof mp3 playersbut I'm not sure about the accessibility of those either. Has anyone solved this problem?

I do not swim laps with my iPhone 12, don't want to risk it.
I use a Finis Swim player, it works well. It uses bone conduction and has good sound.

I'd get a bose dock or something similar. blast the podcast or sing or whatever. plus, if someone calls, you can answer and talk or whatever.

Is the finis player fully accessible? I plan to listen to podcasts while swimming and would want to be able to choose what I'm listening to.

Hi, would an Apple Watch do what you want? If you have one, you could pair it to a pair of waterproof headphones as the watch is waterproof as you can use it for swimming and it even has swimming workouts built into the workout app.
The reason I thought of the watch is because it is waterproof, completely accessible and as it is strapped to your wrist, you won't have to hold it, leaving your hands free for swimming. You could use Siri to control the music and have the watch in water lock mode which enables you to eject the water from the speaker when you have finished swimming. I don't know if the watch will allow you to listen to music whilst swimming, but if you have one, it's worth a try.

Have you considered getting a waterproof case for your iPhone for when you go swimming? Maybe a simple solution. I wouldn't try listening to a podcast when submerged, though.
