Hi, I am trying to decide on where to get a 64gb phone or 32gb phone. What are the communities thoughts? How do you determine that? What is the size of the OS?

Hi Dennis:
I don't know if apply for the Country where you live however apple has made some changes for the last couple of years.
Apple has made some upgrade memory storage for iOS
devices
Now you are able to get specially for iPhone
32GB
128GB and
256GB
for the last iPhone models
apply for iPhone 6s and above not sure if apply for the 6 as well
I know some companies as celulares carriers still are selling the old or previous internal memory storage capacities for some Countries.
So far I can tell in most Countries you are able to get 128 instead of 64GB

Hi,
64GB iPhones are done as the pre poster said.
Your best bet is get a 128GB iPhone 7 or the SE. Or, wait a couple months for the new one to come out and the 7 will be even cheaper yet.

I am talking about storage size. it would be a 64 gb phone I'm looking at the SE.

Hi,
The SE does not have 64GB anymore. Apple has now upgraded the SE to have 32, 128, or 256GB, I believe. They've also got the iPhone 6S hardware, the A9 chip, plus the fingerprint sensor, if I'm not mistaken.
like i said, 64GB has since been removed last year's refresh.

New iPhone SE’s are 128 GB for the second tier model. Apps are getting bigger. Facebook is more than 250 MB and the new Seeing AI app from Microsoft is more than 200 MB. When big apps are combined with podcasts, audio books and music, there is now not a lot of storage left if any remaining storage at all.

I fully agree with you on that. Everything is getting bigger, the size of the phones; apps, etc. Truthfully, get whatever size you can afford. whether it's 32, 128 or 256GB, go for it.

Also, if you get the 128GB device, iOS size won't matter at all. It's Like a couple gigs or so, so you should have loads of space left over.
