Setting up a smart watch

I just purchased a smart wrist band bluetooth sleep sport fitness activity tracker pedometer watch. I would like to know how to pair it to my I phone 7 and getting it set up for my use. Its a very inexpensive one and doesn't have speech. I'd appreciate any help.
