hi guys.

Finally, if you recall one of my last posts, I got a nice deal on an ipad pro 4th generation.

So, i'm looking for a nice slim keyboard case for it, but my experience has not been nice with 2 options, the Zagg Pro keys (which has not a trackpad) and the Goojodoc a1890.

What I'm looking for:
A case which doesn't make my iPad look as it is inside a halloween costume.
A case that is slim, no matter if the edges of my ipad keep nude, cause I'm very carefull with my devises, so there is no way I will be dropping it from a 6 feet hight.
A keyboard that has a function keys row.

What I didn't like about the Zagg Pro keys and the Goojodoc cases:
The Zaag case was beautiful on slimness and tecsture, but the iPad has to be inside a hard ugly shell to be attached to the case, which makes it heavy and unstylish.
The Goojodoc was also very nice, without a hard shell, and the iPad attaches to the case by magnetcs, but the case has a big issue which is that when you close or open the case, the iPad crashes with a metal cilinder on the bottom side which let my iPad with a line of paint there every time I close or open it, and for one person that is coming from a brydge keyboard which damaged two corners of my iPad air 4, I don't want anything that could damaged my new iPad.

A last comment, I would have bought a second hand apple magic keyboard, but the issue with it is that it doesn't have the function keys row.

Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

I will be watching this thread with interest. As you know, I have the Magic Keyboard which I’m happy with except it doesn’t have, as you said a function row. I really wish it did. It has a wonderful keyboard though. I wonder if you’ll end up with the Apple version in the end or are you holding out for a function row?
