Hello! I've been using Harman Kardon Soho BT wireless headphones for days.When I use the headset to receive a phone call, people often complain that they hear me bad, and when I'm in a bus they complain that they hear the sound on the bus much more than I myself. Is this normal? Are these headphones a similar problem with the microphone or is the problem in the microphone specifically on my earphones?

Did you try to do some test
Did you try to do some test on in? Like:
1. Record your self talking. After that see if it's good.
2. Plug it correctly, it might happened that it's not fully connected.
If this doesn't work you might need to RMA that headphone, the problem could be a couple of things, wiring or mic.
