Hello, as the subject line says I have a Bluetooth headset model number above. I’ve had no problem with it with my iPhone fives S now, I have tried to pair it with my iPhone 7 and am getting random beeps as I swipe around the device. I have tried using the audio adjustment feature on the rotor and nothing seems to work however, it is a little bit confusing I don’t understand the edit option it gives. Can someone help me with my headset? What I need to know is if it is a hardware issue so that I can get a new headset or if there are steps I can take to get rid of the awful extra beeping. Defective Unit?
I’ve this same exact headset and have used it with iPhone 7 and 8.
I’ve seen this beeping problem before with a defective headset that I’ve had to get replaced.
Possible audio routing suggestions?
Well, both my headset and my husband headset have the same issue with the same phones. So, I’m not really sure if the devices themselves or defective they both worked with the 5S phones we replaced recently without any problem. I’m wondering if it might be an audio root problem. Can anyone give some advice on dealing with the audio routing issues? I’m not really sure what the edit field or four.
