I have a home pod (not mini). The person who sold me the home pod is visually impaired, as am I. I tried doing the regular manual reset, EG hold a finger on the top, but it is not working. When I touch the top Voiceover says that there is no wifi/ can’t connect to the wifi.
I have a memory of talking to apple support a couple of years ago, and them telling me there is another way to manually reset a Homepod with voiceover enabled. I also remember using the gesture a few times successfully. I think it was something like a 3 finger triple tap and hold. But nothing was working.
Does anyone out there know of a manual reset that works even when voiceover is enabled??? Please help and thank you.
