I am working with a friend that is running Mac OS X Mavericks on an iMac with a full size keyboard with number pad.
I have enabled numpad commander and checked the table to see if any of the key mapping has changed. Everything looks good.
When numpad 5 is pressed, the normal action is supposed to be identical to a VO spacebar. However, VoiceOver is announcing that focus has moved to the menu bar and as far as I can tell, no action has been performed. Very strange.
Secondly, the escape key seems to be acting strange. We have to press command escape to get the key to act as an escape key.
Can anybody suggest some tricks to evaluate what is going on?
