Hello All, I just started working with the IPad 2 using the Apple Bluetooth keyboard and I have the following questions: 1. What is the keyboard command to open the address bar in Safari? 2. What are the keyboard commands to move backward and forward between pages in Safari? 3. What is the keyboard command to move to the top and bottom of a page in Safari?
