As a screen reader user who uses Bluetooth headset and speakers, latency and battery life are very important. It's said that V5 of Bluetooth, which is includeded in iPhone 8 and X improves on these 2 metrics.
I've asked Apple support, product search on Amazon, and am asking here--I've not found any Bluetooth 5 audio headset.
Does any know of any?

Bluetooth 5
I wouldn't expect a lot of devices to appear until 2018. Hopefully we will receive a slew of new devices that support Bluetooth 5.0. Is it really true that Bluetooth 5 decreases audio latency? Does it do anything to improve the audio quality for the HSP and HFP profiles? I don't like mono 8 or 16 KHZ audio.
It would also make things easier if Apple wasn't so boneheaded and would include the APTX low latency codec. You would of course need a pair of headphones supporting APTX, but I can tell you from personal experience that APTX is awesome!

Has anyone tried these Bluetooth 5 headset? It'd be great to know how they perform with VoiceOver.
I was interested in until reading reviews:
* lipsync (delay that is noticeable when watching a video and seeing the lips and hearing the speech being out of sync);
* Connectivity issues, where it takes multiple attempts for it to work on both ears or not only connect in right ear;
* Case is bulky;
* It takes a lot of fiddling and trial and error to see which sets of pads and tips fit in ones ear best.

Aptx codec
Two things I wish for from Apple. Give us APTX and also let us stream to two Bluetooth devices at once. Apparently Android users have that luxury, why can't we?
