Does anyone know when the speed dots screen protectors will be available again? The web site says it's happening soon, but wasn't sure. I'm getting a new phone with no home button and no speed dots, so I hope it will be coming soon.
They have existed, in one form or another, since the iPhone 4 series. Unless this is something completely different, a tactile screen protector is just a screen protector with bumps at key locations to help you find those controls a bit easier. Like, for example, a bump where the send button would be after you type out a message in the messages app.

Speed dots, why? Not trying to seem snarky or rude here, just confused as to why someone would want something like this
