Braille on Apple Products
Good day to all. is there a way to select text using a Braille display? If so how is this done? I'll be working with a student and want to get as comfortable as possible using iOS with the braillent 40. Thanks.
Yes you can select text.
Understand, doing anything with a display alone is different frmm doi>g it with ios and that may be different
from doing it using ios + voiceover.
Took me a long frustrating time to realize that.
Probably the voiceover commands will be most useful.
To select a word, put rotor on "words" and hit the select-text key combination.
On my u2 thas is dots 2-4-5-space all together.
There are too many edit commands for me to repeat here.
you need to read about voiceover commands.
