problems with Braille Sense U2 and iOS 7.1

I am hoping someone can help me. I have a Braille Sense U2, an iPhone 5S, a MacBook Air, and an iPad 4. Previously, I was able to pair my Braille Sense U2 with both my phone and my iPad. The other day, I attempted to pair it with the Air, but, after several attempts had no luck. Figuring I was doing something wrong, I decided to go back to the Braille Sense/iPad combination that had been working. I am now receiving a message that says "Braille Sense U2 is not supported." Is anyone else having this issue since iOS 7.1? What do I do? Is there a driver I need for the MacBook Air and/or the Braille Sense? If someone can walk me through this process, I would be very grateful. Dena

Well, I had to re-pare my braille sense with my ipod and you will have to do this each time whenever you upgrade your braille sense hardware/software. I know the paring code only gives you a few seconds to get it in there or you get the thing about make sure your device is nearby and ready to pair. If you are trying to pare it for file sharing to a computer, I suggest using drop box as the problem with that has now been fixed with braille sense U2 and its way easier for transferring then trying to pair it for documents or something like that. However, your best bet would probably be to give HIMS Texas office a call at:: 512-837-2000 and then hit number 2 to get to a tech. The call is free and they can help you step by step to fix whatever problem you might be having...pairing,commands, file sharing/transfers and whatever. Good luck!
