Braille on Apple Products

Hello everyone! Today I decided to connect my focus 14 blue 4 gen to learn how to use a braille display with an IOS device. I decided to experiment with braille tables, but the issue is that I cannot switch braille tables. I am using an IPhone 8 with the latest IOS 14 installed and I used an English language of the phone and also spanish. In both cases I cannot switch the braille tables. The options for contracted and uncontracted 8 dot braille are not available to choose in input and output. I tried to pare my display again but it didn't help. What can I do? Thank you!

To switch between your braille tables, you have to use the rotor. To set the braille tables, go to settings, accessibility, voice over, Braille, Braille tables, add braille table. There you can add the braille tables you want. To switch between your selected braille tables, use the rotor. To make sure braille table is in your rotor settings, go to settings, accessibility, voice over, rotor. Enable braille table. I hope that helps.

Hello Bobby! Thank you for your answer, but my issue is that I cannot switch the uncontracted 6 dot braille to uncontracted 8 dot braille. When I go to the braille input and output settings, the options are disabled. However, I tried to do that on an IPhone 8 that is running IOS 13.7 and I don't find these issues there! Something should be wrong with my configuration maybe, but I don't know what to do. I e-mailed apple accessibility about it, looking forward to hear from them.
