Issues concerning my iPhone and VarioUltra braille display

I am currently using iOS 10 With the VarioUltra Braille display. However I am finding that even though I am able to connect via Bluetooth the 2 devices do not seem to be working together. Is anyone having this problem and is there a way to fix it?

Hello. I'm not having this issue, although I have had trouble connecting. Try to power off both devices, and then turn off bluetooth and turn it back on. Maybe that might help.
