Huge drama with my focus 45th generation

Hi all,
I’m wondering if anybody has ever had this issue, but it’s causing me major drama as I can’t do anything with my braille display connected to my iPhone. It has always worked fine until last night. It connects fine and everything looks fine, until I press any button on the braille display. Then, and this is hard to describe, it comes up with the words heading not found repeatedly. Like it pops up and down really really quickly with the same message over and over again and the only way I can stop it is to lock the iPhone screen, that is, put it to sleep. That was most of the time, but one time whilst in the books app, it decided to fix eight on the table of contents button and start popping up and down the words table of contents. It is totally on usable. When I get to work this morning I’m going to try my braille display at work, to see if it does it there or whether it is just with my one here at home. I would be eternally grateful if anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it…

I've never had your problem, but when things get weird, restarting the device is the first step to figuring out if the problem is temporary or permanent.

I have a focus blue fifth, and it seems to be working fine. Are you on the latest firmware?

Have you tried disconnecting the display from Bluetooth, rebooting both devices, and then reconnecting the display? Sometimes this can fix everything.

Hi,

You may want to try resetting network settings, which can clear up bluetooth issues. You will have to reconnect to all wifi networks, but at least you may have more reliable braille.
