Hi, to move forward an item, press dot 4 and the space bar together. This is the same as a single finger flick right.
to go back an item, press dot one and the space bar together. This is like the single finger flick left.
To do a double-tap, press dots 3 and 6 with the space bar.
to turn your rotor clockwise, Press dots five and six with the space bar and to turn it anti-clockwise, press dots 2 and 3 with the space bar.
to navigate by the chosen rotor setting, press space with dot 6 to move down and space bar with dot 3 to move up through the items. I hope this helps you and I would recommend having a look at the forums and podcasts on here as various people have given more information on how to use a braille display with an ioS device.

If you do K cord or space with K you can go in to the key describer mode where you can try different corded commands and learn the function. Also iOS is super customizable where you can actually make or change a lot of commands. Go to Voiceover settings choose braille and go to your display and you should find change commands or something like that.

I have written a guide which has links to the resources from Apple and a podcast with transcript that covers a lot of the things you are asking about. Most of the commands are the same whether you are on a Brailliant or any other device.
