Hi.

I'm wondering if it's possible to switch to a different keyboard using a braille display. For example, if you want the emogy keyboard available how would you be able to use the braille display to bring up that keyboard so you can pick from the list of emogies avalable? Thanks.

Jay.

THe closest thing I can find is to use 1-4-6 chord to show the keyboard (if you don't have it showing by default), then 4-5-6 down to the last element (which would be return) and then arrow back to "Next Keyboard", about 3 items back. I'd be interested though if anyone does know of a one-step method to do this.

There is actually a custom braille command for this that you can set up yourself in the braille section of VoiceOver settings, but I can't remember exactly in what category it's located right now. I think perhaps there's a category for keyboard related braille commands under customize braille commands or something like that, and if I'm right, that's probably where you want to look first :) However, I have not been able to get this to work more than a few lucky times.
But there's a while since I've last tried and the consistancy of this braille command may have improved since my last try :)
