So again, I am having issue with my Focus Blue 40 and iPhone and iPad. It is not detected when searching for the device in the braille settings of VoiceOver. My Mac and Windows laptop can detect and connect to the Focus perfectly, so apparently this is an issue with the iOS and iPadOS>
Any idea how I can resolve this?

What steps have you tried to resolve the issue?
What steps have you taken to try to resolve the issue? I'm asking so that I don't write a bunch of stuff you have already tried. I have a Focus 5th Generation here and it connects to iPad OS and iOS without any new challenges.
Steps
1. My Focus 4th Gen fails to connect to iPad and iPhone; it is connected but displays nothing.
2. I unpaired from VoiceOver Braille settings.
3. I tried re-pairing but the Focus is not detected by the Apple devices.
4. I still find my Focus as paired in the Bluetooth settings, I forget the device.
5. I try re-pairing through the VoiceOver Braille settings and it is detected now, it is shown as connected but again no braille at all.
Scott, I appreciate it if you have any idea how I can resolve this, I rely on my Focus to do majority of work, no braille means 75% less work.
Thanks for any help.
iOS 15.5
This is still the case even with the latest iOS 15.5
You may need to remove the…
You may need to remove the phone from the focus 40 itself. I don't know if this will work on yours, but after turning it on, press dots 1 to 8, and the space bar. Then navigate to devices, and select delete all
Focus fourth generation
The perplexing thing about this is that it is happening on both your iPad and iPhone. When you say you have connected the display to your Mac and PC, was this also done through Bluetooth? If yes, have you tried clearing out all of the other connections to your Focus and only connecting to one iOS device? In other words, forget it on the Mac, PC and iPad and then try only the iPhone.
I understand how you feel about the issue, I exclusively use braille with my iOS devices these days.
nothing seems to work
so I tried every solution I know and was suggested to me and nothing seems to resolve my problem
Probably a stupid question
Ok i know, the stupid one is the one you don't ask, here goes. Have you checked for firmware updates, if that's still a thing? i have an older one, so i don't know if they are still releasing that. I haven't updated mine in ages, but that's my own doing. I know this doesn't make sense as you said the pc and Mac can connect fine. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Or read the help stuff on fs's site maybe there's something there? sorry not more help.
Puzzled
So you tried forgetting the Focus on all of your devices and only connecting one with no joy? I'm quite puzzled, as I was able to connect the Focus 4th generation to an iPad and it worked fine. I seem to recall there is some kind of limit as to how many different connections can be made on the 4th generation, and there is no way to clear them out from the Focus's side on the 4th generation. You may have to contact a dealer in whatever country you are in or Vispero Support directly.
One other question
Are you able to pair other things with your iPhone and iPad. Maybe a bluetooth keyboard or speaker? You could also try resetting network settings, it's entirely possible that this made need to be done on both devices.
Reseting
I reset network settings, also my devices are able to pair to other bluetooth devices just fine. Scott, May I ask you to forget the Focus 4th gen from your paired devices and try re-pairing it? My Focus was working fine and this started just after I deleted the pairing connection with the Focus and then tried re-pairing. Please if the Focus 4th Gen is your main device, do not do what I have just asked, it might be impossible to re-pair it..
