Braille screen input drives me absolutely insane

I hope you're all having a good day / night.
There are two issues with braille screen input. They are
1. Sometimes, when deleting a word, that word duplicates itself.
2. The most annoying one: The space command in braille screen input fails roughly half the time. Most of the time I realize it, but sometimes I don't. The worst thing is, the only indication is VO sometimes only reading the last three or so letters of the word you just enters. SomeTimes it says space even when there is none, or doesn't say space when there is.
Anybody else seen these bugs? They're driving me nuts and I would like to know if there are others and / or if there's a way to get rid of them.
