Hello,
I have a question about using a Braille display with IOS. I was using the NLS e-reader in Braille display mode with bluetooth on IOS with the Kindle app. When in the Kindle book, I use the buttons on the front to pan through the text. It works fine but as I get close to the bottom of the page, The text jumps/scrolls back to the top of the page. I can't identify when it does this or why. I can scroll/pan back up or down as appropriate and it just does it over and over. It does not auto scroll any other time so I don't think it is any of these settings causing it. I've never used a Braille Display with IOS before, so was wondering if anyone might know what causes this. I would expect to just keep scrolling/panning to the right to keep reading through the book.
Thanks for any help.

One accessibility setting to check
I don't have experience with the NLS reader, but I just checked Kindle with my old Brailliant BI 40 and could move to the next page seamlessly. In the accessibility settings, select voiceover, and then braille. There is a setting entitled "pan pages when reading". Please turn this on, if it isn't, and please let me know if this makes a difference. Please also ensure that you have the latest version of the Kindle App installed. I hope this is successful.
Thanks but happens intermittently
Hi, thanks for the suggestion. That setting is on. Sometimes it works perfectly and goes from page to page. It just seems to randomly lose focus and jump back to the top of some pages for no apparent reason. I will say that focus seems to not mess up when its on auto advance.
