Managing bookmarks in Vivaldi with a screen-reader?

Good evening,
I'm seeking a cross-platform web browser which syncs across Apple platforms, Windows & Linux.
I recently came across Vivaldi, which is based on Chrome.
I was using Brave, but every time I replace or restore a device attached to my sync chain, the entire thing breaks.
I come to you tonight, seeking advice on how best to manage my bookmarks in Vivaldi, using a screen-reader.
I use either Jaws or NVDA on Windows 11 or Voiceover on my m2 macbook air.
Vivaldi works well, with the exception of the bookmarks screen.
If anyone knows of a good solution for this, please don't hesitate to comment below.
