WatchOS 9 power off problem option bug?

Hello,

I noticed that when pressing the side button on my Apple Watch to turn it off on WatchOS 9, we have a button that is labelled like Power circle. To turn off the watch, we have to click on it and then click on power off. Is it a bug? I didn't report it yet because I don't know if this is also a visual change or a bug.
