I've noticed that Voiceover will sometimes crash and restart on my 13 pro max running the iOS 16 public beta. It'll stop responding for a second and then announce "screen curtain on" once it starts back up. I've had it happen mostly in the Twitter and Twitch apps so far, but I can't find a pattern. Has anybody experienced this and been able to figure out how to trigger the crash? I want to submit a bug report but have it be a little more specific than "Voiceover crashes sometimes". Good thing is that it's always restarted, so it's not experience-breaking at least.

Apple Beta Releases
Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms
Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.
If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

VO crash
It happen in my iPad 9 gen when I use siri to restart. Needed a sighted person to turn VO. Siri did not turn it on niether the tripple click in the home button. Nuts.
Not running beta
I am running the stable version of IOS and it can happen there also. It does also on mac so go figure.
Crashes that require a hard reset
Hi all. I am using my iPhone 13 on iOS 16 Beta 3. I also experience small crashes as you mention, but also I experience huge crashes when you swipe and then VoiceOver is often silent for a really long period of time. Siri and triple click of side button don't restart it, so the only thing I can do is to use the hard reset to make VoiceOver running again. Maybe that happens also because I am using my phone on more than one language, who knows, but I didn't figure out the pattern of bugs appearance.
Enhanced Beta Feedback
There is no way to tell of a pattern that makes VoiceOver crash. I would say the best way to handle this is to turn on Enhanced Beta Feedback. You get there by going to settings > Privacy and Security > Enhanced Beta Feedback. By default, it is turned off. Double tap that to turn it on.
