Strange question about a beta, and how do I go back to a previous beta

Apple Beta Releases

This is probably going to be unheard of and I may not get a response
But because I really don’t want to install watchOS 10 on my Apple Watch Series 8, my iPhone SE runs iOS 17
However, I want to install the iOS 16.6 public beater but I’m currently on the iOS 17 developer beta and my watchOS series 8 device is stuck in the middle on watchOS 9.4 version
So I’m stuck in the middle, I want to keep my Apple Watch on iOS 9, so how can I downgrade from iOS 17 developer to iOS 16.6 and install watch iOS 9 point you know public preview
Now I know of the ways to install iOS 16 public release but fruit iTunes but as I want to install the public beat of iOS 16 to keep all of my data intact because I really don’t want to get my 500 contact back considering all of them were basically from WhatsApp, I really don’t want that
So how can I downgrade from iOS 17 develop the iOS 16.6 public and keep all of my data on it without iTunes

Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms

Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.

If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

Once you've followed the steps in the above guide, I suggest that you either refrain from installing beta software or use a dedicated device for running betas. This will stop you flooding the forum with questions about things being broken because you've done something without thinking or without having a backup plan for when something invariably goes wrong.

This community exists to support and assist each other, but taking proactive steps to ensure the stability of your devices and making informed decisions before ‘playing’ with beta software should always be your first line of defence against the frequent problems that you seem to attract.

I don’t think you’re getting my point
Nothing is wrong with iOS 17, it’s good but iOS 16 is a little bit better
My experience with beaters have been pretty good,

Dominic, I as well as the original commenter are trying to tell you something here. We understand you want to downgrade. However there's more then one of us on here who are suspicious that you have bitten off more then you can chew. It's ok, it happens to all of us. It's fantastic you want to help Apple's accessibility initiative but you can get yourself in trouble. So downgrade and think a little more before you decide if you want to try again. It all comes down to how technically able you are. If it's to much for you to handle, there's nothing to be worried about. Downgrade and maybe put the final release on just for this one while you learn more.

It is not possible. You can have newer iOS, older WatchOS but not the other way around. If you want to rollback from iOS 17 to 16, you will have to restore the system from iTunes or from a Mac.
