Apple Beta Releases

Hi guys, put in the beta forum as not sure if this is present in iOS17.3 RC but, in iOS17.4 beta just noticed that for me iPhone 13 pro you can no longer change speech rate of VO. Tried with different voices but nothing works. Rarely change speed so that is why I've no idea how long it has been around. Anyone else seen this? Not a massive bug if you have the voice already set at a rate you like but could imagine a nightmare if to slow or fast.

I use Alex and have my speaking rate on my roter thing. I haven't found it to change only if me half asleep does it. Then again, we won't discuss the accidental calls to 911 once purse once half awake. Thank god they understood.

I'm running the second iOS 17.4 beta here on an iPhone 15 Pro and can change the speech rate either through Settings or the rotor. My main voice is Alex, but I tested with a couple others and these also worked as expected.

If you let me know which voice you are using, I'll test against that.

Well through settings this deffo does not work. Just added it to the rotor options and from there it works fine. Sounds like one of those subjective issues that affect some not all.
