Some problems with accessibility shortcuts

I plan on sending feedback to Apple on that, but let me first ask you for further improvements or points to consider, if any.
So as we know and I and others have been posting about, we have this new feature called Live Speech that requires tripple-pressing either the home or side button depending on the model. One problem this causes is that Live Speech inevitably gets listed as an option if you also have VoiceOver assigned to the accessibility shortcut. So using Live Speech and turning off VoiceOver is still possible, but turning on VoiceOver is not that convenient when you have multiple options and a dialog prompting you to pick one with VoiceOver turned off. So I am thinking of requesting Apple to have VoiceOver enabled temporarily when one tripple-presses the home or side button and if VoiceOver is selected as one of multiple options to show up, regardless of whether Live Speech is enabled or not. Screen curtain has to be left disabled in that case if normally enabled, because it might be someone sighted and unfamiliar with VoiceOver activating the accessibility shortcut. I also plan on suggesting that users be able to use Live Speech without having to have it show up when they tripple-press the home or side button. Also, we should also be able to assign Live Speech to a VoiceOver gesture.
