Apple Beta Releases

This has to do with Mac OS latest beta update. well duh, why would it be in this category? :) Seriously, I have two or possibly three weird issues. First, for seemingly no reason, I'll do a Google search. It will say 100% another annoyance, and the focus is stuck in the tab bar. Even interacting with web content won't work. I usually close and reopen the window with not always successful responses. Also, has anyone gotten this new feature which I sort of like? It will say something to the effect of there was a problem repeatedly with, website, please reload the page. And of course there's a button well labeled. I can't figure out if I'm the only one. I can't think of the third issue.
