Phone app unusable

Hi can anyone else running the latest developer beta, please see if this issue occurs? when voiceover is running, open the phone app, you should, like I do, hear the number 8 I believe being held down constantly, meaning the phone app is now unusable. Or is it just me? I have reported this to Apple via the Feedback app.

I'm not seeing this issue here, and haven't experienced anything like it in previous builds.

You likely already have tried this, but I'll say it just in case... perform a hard restart of your iPhone in the hope that it flushes this glitch.

I experienced this like 2 or 3 builds ago but only once, haven't experienced it since.
