Apple Beta Releases

Go to settings, Accessibility, VoiceOver, Audio and Sounds and Haptics. Turn off Sounds and turn on Haptics. On my iPhone 13Pro, Haptics Intensity is set to %100. The clicking sounds appear less and sounds less intrusive. I know I took a huge risk to download the IOS 16 Beta on my primary device, but I must say: All my apps work perfectly as well as my Bluetooth keyboard and BrailleOne Braille Display. Using Eloquence US English Read, pitch %38 and Speed 51. I encountered bugs and reported them most not show sthoppers , but still: My phone is perfectly usable

Your Feedback is Important to Improving Accessibility on Apple platforms

Don't assume that Apple is aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference - submitting bug reports directly to the company helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. Your report may provide crucial information. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority they give to fixing the bug.

If you're using a beta version, use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you're using a public release, follow the instructions on this page.

Wow I was just going to write exactly this solution. Deffo turning off system sounds removes most if not all the clicking issues.
