Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.

P B 5 iPad is out
FYI PB 5 is out for iPad. iOS 26 is letter A as apple again. Not yet for iPhone. I just check for my 16 pro max.
IOS beta
The IOS beta e=8 still does show the letter A at the end of the beta build number.
Braille bug
Anyone with Braille have the issue of if you hit space with N for announcement history, your current focus shows up instead?
Hardware Keyboard Bug
Is anybody else having this bug? I’ve reported it to Apple but wondering if I’m some weird edge case.
I’m running the latest beta on an iPhone SE and every time I try to use an external keyboard voiceover acts like QuickNav is on, even if I turn off QuickNav from the keyboard itself.
I’ve updated firmware, disconnected and re-paired the keyboards, restarted the phone etc.
My main keyboard is a Hable but the problem’s also happening with my Logitech.
The only keyboard that does work is the keyboard on my NLS E-reader.

First Hables issues are do to that Keyboard. Those issues Hable will have to fix. I have no issues with an Orbit writer.

It’s not just the Hable. Happening with every keyboard I try but I’ll dig my Orbit Writer out of storage and check that too. Thanks!

Does not happen with an old magic keyboard I have, the one with the lightning port.
automations bug
Is it me, or are automations in the shortcuts app unusable? I can't add actions to a new automation . I'm trying to turn on low power mode automatically when my phone drops below 30 percent. I just want to know if anyone els is noticeing this bug before I report it. I'm running the latest IOS beta.
Keyboard bug
For me the hable just makes voiceover jump all over the place all the damb time, I spent my own money on the hable, $300 cad and this is how it behaves on IOS, someone needs to fix this
Every time I start typing and press dot 8 to do a space, VO jumps, when I open a app vo jumps and sometimes even when just navagating around vo just jumps, the hable works fine on android other then some commands being different on android 15

The Hable works well for me on ios 18, and yes I spent my own money on it too. i'm going to email Hable too. But the bug is with more than just my Hable.
