Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.
All reports shared with AppleVis must first be filed with Apple via Feedback Assistant. More information about the Community Bug Program is available here.

curious about this as well
To say that I've been experiencing weirdness when it comes to voices would be a huge understatement. I'm actively working with a representative from Apple in hopes of figuring out what's going on. In essence, the Siri voice on my phone doesn't match the one on my phone, and on my phone, voices I have no interest in using are spontaneously being downloaded. I can delete the unwanted voices and they're back a few hours later. Similarly, in my walkmeter app, I have the app configured to use Nathan, but on my watch, no matter how many times I try to transfer the app's phone settings, I'm stuck with Samantha reading Walkmeter announcements on my watch. It's extra weird because I never had any of these issues on my original apple watch. I'm just thankful that Nathan is working for VO on all of my devices; the siri and walkmeter stuff is baffling and mildly frustrating, but I can deal with it until Apple gets to the bottom of whatever might be going on.
I’ve been definitely having issues with voices in iOS 26 as well
Just wanted to say I’ve been having issues with multiple voices as well. So right now I am on iOS 26.0.1 on both my iPhone 15 and my iPhone SE third generation. Karen premium will not activate. You can download her voice, and you can play her sample, but you cannot select her and then she will auto delete. This is the case for both devices. I have also tried this with both Matilda, enhanced and Matilda premium and they will just do the same behavior. So right now as a workaround I can use either regular Karen or Karen enhanced for both of my devices. The only other Voice that’s really my favorite is either Karen or Samantha so thankfully, Samantha works on both devices and I’m talking about the enhanced one because obviously for the US at least the Samantha voice is installed already my default because it’s the default voice for our region. I reported this to Apple so they basically added me to a list of people that are having issues with voices. I would hope that I was 26.1 can figure out the Voice issues. If not, I do have voices that I can use as a workaround I guess. But yeah, it’s definitely frustrating to have voices download that we don’t want or have the voices auto delete that we do want to use and that can’t be activated things like that. It’s pretty frustrating. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.
