Can someone point me to the beta documentation for editing the lockscreen? I've seen discussion here about it, but have been unable to figure out how to accomplish this by tinkering around, nor can I find any information in Apple's beta release notes. Thanks.

Thanks, all. Sometimes I just need a resounding silence and a few hours of banging my head on a brick wall, and then the heavens open and all becomes clear.

First, it's just a double tap and hold (or a triple tap). This wasn't working for me, and my discovery was that this works with my iPad in portrait mode, but not in landscape.

The other thing I discovered is that customizing the lock screen works about the same as it did since iOS 16. Apparently, the WWDC lock screen customization feature hasn't been rolled out yet.

Hi Paul,
I don’t know about you, but for me it is not working in beta 2. I can do the double tap and hold, and the first screen is ok, but once I select the Customise button, VoiceOver stops working.
It wasn’t great before this, so I’m hoping the complete break is part of the process of fully fixing it.

Thanks, Dave.

If I put it in portrait mode, triple tap the lock screen, then find and select the customize button. it takes me to controls that let me modify the wallpaper. VoiceOver seems fully operational.

I didn't attempt to modify the wallpaper. Not much point. I've got the 3rd-gen iPad Pro.
