Cannot Access ChatGpt via siri on my iPhone after restoring last Monday?

Apple Beta Releases

Hello,
I have an iPhone 15 pro, running the latest beta of iOS18.3.
Last Monday, due to heating issues, I decided to restore my phone & setup as, "new." All seems to be well. the phone runs much faster than it did before but still continues to get hot. when I say, "hot" I mean, "hot." It gets so hot I can't even touch the affected area, which usually as of now, is the left side. To help this issue, I'm having to use it without my case, which I understand is not very safe but thankfully, I do have a temptered glass screen protector as well.
In addition & the main point of this post, is that I cannot access ChatGPT via siri. If I try to login to my openAI account, I'm told, "there's a problem" & the sign-in fails. I reset my password multiple times last night, to no avail.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what might be going on here or how to fix it?
Thanks in advance. I use ChatGPT daily & love it!

You probably done so but do a restart or turn phone off and turn it on.

Just an FYI, your comment was duplicated. I tried to restart as you suggested, but it did not work. I’m even on a different network than the one I’ve been trying with, but it still failed.

Yes. the web page froze and did not let me get out from it. Had to close the browser.

I’m having the same exact issue. I somehow managed to sign in on my Mac after several attempts. What I ended up doing was clicking the login button at the very bottom of the screen, it opens up the email address edit box, and for me, I swipe to the sign in with Apple button and press it. After I use Face ID to sign in, it will say sign in failed.
This thing I tried on my phone to no avail, was clicking the upgrade to ChatGPT plus button, then pressing already have a subscription, and trying to sign in to my account.
I don’t actually have a subscription, but instead of signing me in, it put me back to the main Window where it tells you all about what you can do with ChatGPT plus.

Again you probably did it, but delete the app and reinstall it.

Hello,
The app is fine. It's the integration with Siri that's broken.
Do you have a compatible device to test with?

After updating to the latest beta, I still can’t login to ChatGPT. It just says sign and failed

Hmm, that's very strange.
Can you share what steps you’ve taken in an attempt to rectify the issue?

I created my ChatGPT account with Apple. A while back I accidentally created another one with my email address, but all my other devices, including my Mac, and the ChatGPT app on both my phone and my Mac use the one I created going through Apple.
I click the login button, select continue with Apple, click sign in, scan my face, and wait a few seconds. Then I get the message sign in failed, and it returns me back to the ChatGPT settings.

Hello,
I used my email for my account. try that second account you said you have & if that one workes, delete the one you made with your Apple account.

Ok, in that case, I'd say try sending an email to support@openai.com.
They're quite responsive & helpful.

I was able to use my ChatGPT account I created by signing in with Apple.
I clicked it, scanned my face, and it took me back to the main ChatGPT window, but rather than saying sign and failed, the signing button changed to saying sign out.
