Recently, I've started exploring readit. I was wondering what is a good client that would work on a braille sense six and then later on a braillenote touch? Both of these devices are android based, running oreo, but I don't remember the version offhand.

Try ReDreddit, it's meant to be very accessible.
I'm an IOS user though so can't help with the app.
a couple things
First I think the bs6 is on android 10 or maybe 11 now, the BNT is on android 8. I used to use an app called redreader but honestly reddit has taken almost all the third party clients out of business, if you must do this you're probably better off with the official reddit client. It relies a lot on talkback actions though so you may be out of luck on a notetaker.
