transfering files
I was an Android user, before I broke the charging port in my agent Nexus 6. the battery in that phone also needs replacing. I do not know of a fluid way to transfer files. the only thing I can think of is to use Dropbox. it’s cross platform, and easy. you can also use we transfer, which is a web interface. in both cases though, your limited to 2 GB. Google drive has an iOS app, but I haven’t tested it for VoiceOver compatibility. good luck!
There are several ways
I think you'll find online easier, but it can be done offline. If you plug a flashdrive into the Android, then you can get a lightning Camera adapter for your iPhone and plug the drive into that. You can then use the files app. However, Dropbox or Google Drive would work much better. If you don't like the interface for either app you can inegrate ino the files app. I think you could also do a netowrk hard drive.
OneDrive and WhatsApp
Onedrive can be another online method. These days, WhatsApp allows files up to 2 GB to be transferred. So you can try that method too.
