User Experience:
User who rely on screen reader if focus on any item screen reader is not narrating any thing user will confuse.

Repro Steps:
Step 1: Open the above URL with Voiceover enabled
Step 2: Navigate to the section titled "Shaping the transformation of the automotive industry"
Step 3: Swipe right side to select the image content overly section images.
Step 4: Swipe right side to select the “+” button and verify voice over is narrating any information about the button or not?
Actual:
When focus lands on the “+” button Voiceover is not narrating any information about the button.
Expected:
Voiceover should be narrate the name and role of the “+” button.
