Please help with encouraging the developers of Bills Monitor to improve its accessibility

I'd like to propose to you all, writing to the developpers of the app Bills Monitor over at
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bills-monitor-bill-manager-reminder/id468993411?mt=8
to make the app even more accessible than it already is, especially, with the buttons to open the different menus (Bills, History etc. Other than that, it's very very accessible with VO! That's the only drawback the Bills Monitor has, so it'd be great if you'll could review and rate the app. It'son its way tobecoming a very useful tool! for keeping up with bills and the like.
