hello,
First of all sorry for my broken high school english. believe me i really try my best to explain the issue.
in the italian blind community there is a web site article which says that the american blind people are furious with apple and that they ask apple to apologize for the bugs in the iOS 8.
Yes it is written like this : apple must apologize to the blind community!
i am a beta tester and i understand the difficulties to work on the beta and the frustration to work around some bugs which are present since iOS 6.
nevertheless i do not believe that any of us is asking apple to apologize, since i always read that the major part of the various blind community is happy with those new opportunity and some progress that those type of technologies has brought to us.
since it is a public post on a web site i i do not think it is correct to manipolate the public opinion in this way and i do not think is correct to speak in the name of other people, italian , american or arabic. Everybody can publish his or her own opinion but i think it is illegal to interpretate an opinion of other people if those people can not read to confirm or disconfirm the statement.
I am very embarrassed but i think you guys have to know this.
all of us are working hard to improve the state of art and this kind of purple bloging does not help anybody.
if you think that we must do something on the italian side i will be glad to do it.
otherwise sorry for the bother.
here is the link, i checked the google translation and you can understand it well. in Italian it sounds worst .
here is the translation :
is the day of Ios8, and blind Americans are furious. ....
"Apple does not listen to us."
"We reported the bug even in June, and to date no one has been solved."
"Apple should ask pardon for the operating system release that."
These are just some of the opinions that circulate in the mailing list from the American
