Contacting the Facebook App Developers about an Accessibility Issue.

Hi All How would I go about reporting an accessibility problem to the Facebook App developers. I wish to let them know that although the App is quite accessible, there is a major issue that I've only recently noticed. Anywhere there is a list of friends, whether it is your own or someone else's. It is now presented as a grid of pictures without any names next to them. Obviously it's fine for people with some sight, but for those of us who rely totally on Voiceover, this really isn't ideal as Friends lists are accessed quite often. If someone is able to let me know where to go, or is able to pass the message on to the developer, I'd really appreciate that. If it's of any help, I use the App on My iPad and iPad mini. Thanks Debbie

first right a review on the app in the app store so you can let every one know that reads that review that the app is not very accessible. Two look for a button that says app support then that will take you to the page where you can contact the developer.
While the idea of reviewing an app based on accessibility might seem to be good on the surface, the reality is the majority of users who read the review will not use VoiceOver. Writing to the Facebook Accessibility Team would be a better use of your time. I, for one, know that I don't routinely read iTunes Store reviews of an app before downloading it; rather, I rely on websites like AppleVis, Twitter--or just talking to friends about the particular app.
I just went to my friends list and had the names. I dunno why yours is not working. I can flick through and read all name stuff all 400 or 500 of my friends but maybe it's device specific or what not. but yeah contact them at them here and see if you get a reply. They used to have an auto reply saying to check the forums and post there but that has now stopped. Good luck.

According to a retweet I saw earlier, another new way of reaching the right people would be to tweet @fbaccess. You might want to get in there quick-ish, I suspect they're gonna get eaten alive by the Twitterverse lol.
