A captcha and a not-described image in the process to set an appointment for buying the watch in Spanish stores

Hello dear Applevis forum members:

This time I would like to share with you an unpleasant issue that has happened at least for Spanish uses when trying to buy the Apple watch from one of the apple stores. The process is not accessible at all:
First, it contains a captcha when login in to the online Apple Store. Once you have filled in the captcha you are asked to send a code to a phone number. This code is inserted into an image which has no description at all. If you do not send the message with this code, the process will not continue. All of this prevents a completely blind user to complete the process. It is true that the first captcha does contain an audio alternative but, for the code inserted into an image that you have to send via SMS, there is no option that I know about apart from describing the image, obviously.

My question is if you have had the same issues in your countries. If it is a particular Spanish issue, then we might like to deal with it locally in Spain. If this happens all around the world in a significant number of countries, I think this should be transmitted to the Apple Accessibility team (and I will do it personally) but maybe a post on Applevis once several other experiences for other countries have been shared here might be more than welcomed. What do you think?

Regards,
