Hello Apple this,
I downloaded what seemed like an awesome app about one month ago. It's an interactive version of Around the World in 80 Days by Jules Verne. it has music, sound effects, what appears to be an interesting story… And a map the players used to travel around the world. I had bought this app for five dollars in the app store thinking it would be similar to the brilliant textbased Frankenstein app created by the same company and with help from Profile Books. Frankenstein was a story based app where your choices determine how Victor Frankenstein's and The Creature's stories would proceed. I was wondering if there was a way to contact the 80 Cays app developers so they could possibly make their game Voiceover accessible to the blind and visually impaired community. It's true that there is text in the game, and Voiceover has no trouble reading the first two paragraphs, even with the background music, but beyond that, 80 Days is impossible to play for a Voiceover user. Apparently, there are options ask you have to move around the screen in addition to navigating the inaccessible map to make it around the world in 80 days or under. I don't know about you, but I don't want to feel like I wasted five dollars on a really fun game that Voiceover users are unable to participate in.. I mean, if Teeconblue can make She Noire and the Inquisitor series (not to mention Freeq) fully accessible, why not the latest game from Inklebooks! I am willing to help in anyway I possibly can, so if there's anything I can do, please let me know. Thanks, Kimbowen
