Please can anyone recommend fully accessible sleep tracking app for Apple Watch. I can look at the data in the health app of course but I would like something that offer us a little more insight. I would like it to be completely accessible. I tried autosleep but was really disappointed and how disorganized things are. If anyone has any good leads please please mention

Accessible sleep app
Hi, I use Pillow and it is accessible with voiceover.
Sleep++
I use Sleep++ from David Smith, the same developer as Pedometer++.
I don’t look at it a whole lot, but it seems pretty good and accessible, and he’s very open to feedback.

I also use this one as well and very, very happy with it. The developer is very good at fixing something if its not working well with VoiceOver

So, what is the advantage of something like pillow over the standard app included in the health suite of apps?
User interface
For me, using Sleep++, it’s primarily the user interface. The data in the Health app isn’t the easiest to browse and get to grips with. Other apps have a nice UI.

Yeah, I think it is like a cascade menu which is probably visually appealing but a pain for us.
I'll give them a go.
More generally, how does sleep info help you? I read an interesting article, I'm afraid I can't remember where, that too much health data can cause anxiety, sleep measurement especially. Knowing one has had a bad nights sleep is very different from feeling like you have. This was using a wearable that gave a sleep score.
Sorry, it's always an asside with me!
Agreed
Yeah I heard a great episode of the Waveform podcast a while ago talking about that.
Personally I pay very little attention to the data, but go in and have a look from time to time out of curiosity.
What I do really like in the native Health app is the ability to set a sleep schedule, which turns on wind down, followed by sleep focus (essentially do not disturb), and sets my alarm. I also like being woken by a gentle tapping on my wrist rather than a loud noise.

Hi there,
I also use the sleep++ application to track myself at night. It generally uses my Apple watch to track my sleep at night.
Thanks,
Mike Taku.
