Description
When navigating certain panes in System Preferences, such as Security and Privacy, startup disk and others, Voiceover may announce, "System Preferences has new window." The window chooser shows a window named, "Untitled," in addition to the main preference window. The function of this window is not known and does not appear to be navigable with Voiceover.
