Description
When reading a webpage with the arrow keys (Quick Nav off), headings and lists are not indicated in any way. Many elements have sounds associated with them, and those, combined with what VoiceOver says, are enough to tell what an item is (image, link, text field, etc). So far, I've found that headings and lists/list items have no such indicators.
