Description
In Control Centre, you can choose to add individual controls, such s devices or scenes, from the Home app.
These can be set to 1x1, 2x1 or 2x2 grid sizes. If you set them to 1x1, they lose their VoiceOver label, and just say "Button".

Steps to reproduce
Enable VoiceOver.
Open Control Centre and select Edit mode.
Select the option to add a control.
Go to the Home heading and choose a home control, such as an individual device or a scene.
If you set the size to 2x1 or 2x2, the control will be labelled correctly, such as "Heat the apartment".
If you set the size to 1x1, it is just labelled "Button".
