When viewing a data chart in the native Weather app, the “Chart Details” VoiceOver rotor menu item does not work

1. Ensure that VoiceOver is enabled
2. Open the native Weather app
3. Double tap on any of the weather data which supports a chart view, such as wind or temperature
4. Place VoiceOver focus on to the chart
5. Flick up with 1-finger repeatedly to move through all items available from the VoiceOver rotor (these should be “Chart Details,” “Describe Chart,” and “Play Audiograph”)
6. Double tap with 1-finger when on the “Chart Details” menu item

You should find that for a brief moment the app will attempt to load a new screen (which presumably shows the chart details), but fails to do so. Instead, you remain on the same screen with no additional information.
