When editing an email in the Mail app using a braille display, after inserting a line break focus will jump to the top of the screen, even though the cursor has not jumped

1. create a new message.
2. compose a message.
3. Press dot 8 to create a new line. The focus will move to the top of the message. You will note the absence of the cursor which is indicated by dots 7-8. This is because the cursor is still where you left it.
